It has been organized by the Faculty of Applied Social Studies in Nova Gorica and Faculty of Information Studies, Novo Mesto. Prof. Dr. Frane Adam, held a lecture: "Dilemmas of sociology and social sciences in the global (civilization) crisis"
Dr. Frane Adam has, in the context of roaming at the Freie Universität Berlin (FU) and Zeppelin University (ZU), Friedrichshafen, which is supported by the Alexander von Humboldt Foundation Foundation, held several lectures and a seminar for graduate students
Dr. Frane Adam was a guest lecturer, on 26. 10., at the Institute of Sociology at Free University Berlin (FU) with the lecture tittled »Do the value differences influence the innovation level of societies?« On 22th Novemeber 2011, Dr. Adam was also a guest lecturer at Zeppelin University (ZU), he held lectures: »The impact of culture and values on innovation capacity across nations« as well doctoral seminar about »Qualitative Research.« On 5th December, he held a lecture at the sociological department of the Institute of Eastern Europe (Osteuropainstitut) at FU. The topic was: »Slovenia: It's controversial legacy of gradualist transition and Recent Political and Economic Crisis in Context of the European Union.«
